Ash Wednesday Worship

Wednesday February 22, 7:00 pm

Worshippers are welcome to be marked with ashes as a sign of our mortality. Communion will be served, available to all. The choir will sing. All are welcome to worship as we begin the season of Lent.

All Christmas Eve services include candle lighting

4:00 pm: A Service of Lessons and Carols

7:00 pm: Selections from Handel’s “The Messiah”

11:00 pm: Traditional worship with Communion

Sunday, December 25

9:30 am: One service only! Christmas Carol sing, come as you are (yes, pajamas are welcome!), coffee and hot chocolate served during worship.

Sunday, January 1

9:30 am: One service only!

Our normal schedule of Sunday worship will resume on January 8.

Our 2011 Putt ‘n’ Pray golf tournament raised $5000 to split between the Full Shelf Food Pantry in West Bend and the Philip and Timothy Stains Orphanage in India.

Vacation Bible School 2011 was all about helping kids carry out God’s recipe for their life. Everybody had a great time and learned a lot!

On Sunday May 15, the Sunday School held a bake sale and pet photo shoot to benefit the Washington County Humane Society. They raised over $500!

Each year, West Bend area church choirs join together for an evening of food and music. Fifth Avenue hosted this year and, well, if music be the food of love, play on! It was great!
