It’s time for Fifth Avenue United Methodist Church to update our Photo Directory of church members and associated church family!
Photo Sessions:
Thursday, September 29: 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Friday, September 30: 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Saturday, October 1: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Sunday, October 2: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

► You will receive a free 8×10 portrait with no obligation to purchase and a free directory!
Grandparents and grandchildren are welcome to be in the photo. Pets are also welcome.
Savings opportunities with photo purchase:
► Bring a non-perishable food item donation to receive $5 off
► An additional $10 off for verifying your name, address, phone and email with photographer
► 30% off for Christmas Card orders
Food donations will go to the Full Shelf Food Pantry in West Bend.
Note: Online registration available Monday thru Saturday. Registration available on Sundays in Narthex. Pictures will be taken in Fellowship Hall located in the lower level. Arrive at time of appointment; no need to arrive early. Plan for one hour.
