6th Sunday of Easter
Good evening 5th Avenue,
Bishop Hee-Soo Jung and the COVID-19 Task Team has set clear guidance for United Methodist Churches in Wisconsin related to in-person worship in this Coronavirus era.
June 21st is the recommended earliest first Sunday for re-launching of public worship. 5th Avenue will stand up a Reentry Task Team to begin our journey for this long awaited return to in-person congregational worship.
There are numerous recommendations that will need to be accomplished to ensure safe and praiseful future worship experiences as well as the gathering of our various ministries and community partners in our church.
Names have been lifted up to work on this team and we pray your response will be yes to serving.
Along with our devotionals, bulletin, and sermon manuscript is the announcement of the passing of Ms. Helen L. Rilling.
I hope you enjoy this Sunday’s worship service! (faumc.org)
I truly miss each of you. Each of you are always in my thoughts and prayers.
Continue to check-in with each other! Be safe! Remember – our God is Able!
Yours in Christ,
Pastor Clarissa
