Greetings and Welcome,

Leaders and especially church leaders of tomorrow are not solitary figures but unifiers, people who can rally the organization and/or church around a clear vision. To do this well, leaders must transition from “I” mentality to “We” mentality, and dedicate their lives to working for the good of others.

It is a necessary spiritual journey, moving from a focus on one’s self to a genuine concern for the group and others. The transition from “I” thinking to “We” thinking is also something leaders must ask of others, as people find satisfaction in strides taken together.

The ultimate goal in moving from “I” to  “We” is to move the church forward.

Tony Morgan is one of the most strategic thinkers in the church who helps churches get unstuck and have a bigger impact.

He says, “Anytime I walk into a new church consulting engagement, one of my main objectives is to figure out “How can I help this organization to move from ‘here’ to ‘there’?” Ultimately, that question typically leads to some sort of change. If change (becoming unstuck) isn’t an option, this church doesn’t need me. They’re more focused on “how we stay where we are – how do we stay stuck?”

Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed.

We may not have it all together, but together we could have it all!

In Jesus transforming name,

Pastor Clarissa
