It’s snowing! Christmas is coming very soon! I sense a new beginning is about to emerge this season, mirroring the powerful birth of Jesus!
The Labyrinth in the Lounge was made with the help of our church families. It is a lovely place decorated with candles and pine branches. Everyone is invited to walk the Labyrinth and pray for ourselves, our families, our communities and the hurting world. We will have Taize music playing in the background. Surprisingly, last Sunday it was used as an indoor playground for children! It was lovely to watch them play. We will keep the space until the end of the Christmas season. Receive the candlelight and walk the maze of life (even though very simplified!), and think once more about the mystery of our human life that is linked to our infinite God.
On this last Sunday before Christmas, we will think about the gift of Jesus in our lives. It is not a usual gift; it is a gift that came from eternity and brings us to eternity. Let’s ponder about the meaning this Sunday.
