Dear Brothers and Sisters in the Lord,
It was a very refreshing, nurturing and rejuvenating time that I had during the stay-cation. Thank you friends, for your warm and kind heart for my time off, and prayers.
The weather is very cold! When I was a child, my father always cooked Ginger tea on the stove, and let me drink it when I came back from school. I have beautiful memories of my father who loved me so much. One of those memories is Ginger tea. My father said that Ginger tea strengthens my immune system and warms my body during the cold winter time. I encourage you to try Ginger tea. In one liter of water, put about a finger-size of ginger sliced, and cook at a low temperature for about one hour. If it’s too strong, you can pour in more water. You can also add honey and it will be great tea for the winter time.
We are preparing for our journey of the year 2026 through the sermon. Imagine that you love God more, enjoy the freedom in the Lord more, and have an intimate relationship with the Lord more. The sermon is about the process of how life will bring us to that place, and make our heart closer to the Lord.
New Year's Blessings,
Pastor Hae-Jeong
