Dear brothers and sisters in the Lord,
I hope you have a Happy Independence Weekend! We are grateful for the freedoms we enjoy, the community we share, and the grace that sustains.
This week, we are beginning a new series entitled "All My Days," which focuses on the practice of prayer. While we recognize its importance, we also know that maintaining a consistent prayer life can be challenging. We will explore how to embody a life of prayer and identify the tools that can help us.
It has been two years since I first introduced prayer bracelets to this faith community. Whether you are well-acquainted with a prayerful life or are just beginning, we invite you to join us this coming Sunday as I bring some stories, and introduce and practice the simplest form of prayer together. Throughout this series, we will talk about the Lord’s Prayer week by week.
Hot summer days are continuing! Please do not forget to stay hydrated and keep cool.
