Dear sisters and brothers in the Lord,
We are now approaching the end of the Lenten Season.
This week, we will observe Palm and Passion Sunday together through a dramatic worship service. This liturgical practice captures the full emotional arc of Jesus’ final week, from His triumphant entry into Jerusalem to His suffering and death. As you will all be part of this service, please take time to practice your parts at home, passionately imagining the scene of Jesus’ capture and crucifixion.
Next week, we will hold our Agape Dinner on Thursday at 6:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall. Please remember to bring a free-standing candle for this special kind of worshipful meal. Additionally, on Good Friday, the Lounge and Sanctuary will be prepared for creative meditation. We invite you to bring your prayer lists, including prayers for those who do not yet know the Lord, to hang in the prayer section.
Finally, please invite your family, friends, and neighbors to join our Easter service on April 5th at 9:30 AM.
