Dear Brothers and Sisters in the Lord,
Thank you for your prayers and love during my time of restoration. I feel rested and am glad to be back in the office and worshipping with you once again.
This week, we continue our "Change Maker" series. As children of God, we have inherited divine creativity from Him. I invite you to reflect on how this divine creativity manifests in our community and our lives. It is beautiful to think of that truth.
Following the service, we will hold an important Town Hall Meeting. If you are joining us online, please remain on the stream for a few additional minutes after worship concludes. The meeting will last less than an hour and will focus on our capital campaign. As our building is aging and in need of repairs, we must prepare for the future generations who will continue to use our church.
Additionally, I would like to share a YouTube Channel that nourished my soul during my rest called "Cloud of Witnesses." It features summarized stories of faithful people of God that I found deeply moving. To refresh and strengthen our spirits this summer, I will be sending these videos—which are approximately 15-20 minutes long—in place of my weekly devotion.
