Dear sisters and brothers of FAUMC!
I hope this mail finds you well!
We have been preparing our Fifth Avenue Neighborhood Table (FANT) for several months. And the team feels that the preparation is almost done. I am so grateful for their effort, passion, compassion, energy, and joy! The process was very inspiring! Thank you, team! In one week, next Wednesday, May 7th, at 5:00 p.m., we will launch the first FANT in Fellowship Hall!
We will have a special moment during the worship service to talk about what is FANT briefly again. And as hosts, how we can be prepared for the guests from the community.
This coming Sunday, we will continue the discussion about the stewardship campaign. We will talk about what God thinks and what the Bible says about treasure. To learn from God, I had to experience a couple of surprising moments! Each and every one of us need to learn from the Bible and the Holy Spirit. Our God is an awesome and amazing God.
