This weekend, we’re hosting a Winter Preparation Event with the nonprofit organization, Casa Guadalupe. It holds special significance and joy as it marks our first collaboration with them! Maria, the capable leader of Casa Guadalupe, will bring the collected items on Friday. Please contribute winter items if you have any. Or come and find if there’s anything you need, too.

This week, we will return to the regular sermon lectionary cycle, with the theme being “Finishing Well”. Every day presents a unique opportunity for growth, deepening our connection with God, and expanding the Kingdom of God in our daily lives. It’s like finding treasure on our life's journey, while simultaneously it is like a marathon toward our ultimate goal. Along the way, Christians will have ample rest. Otherwise, the journey would be incredibly exhausting. What is the paradox of Christian life? Come and worship the Lord!
